Changes in MySena

05-07-2022-

On Monday, July 4, some changes were made in MySena. The most important changes can be found below.

  • Rightsholders now have the option to select ‘taxpayer in NL or not’ in MySena. Entering your BSN number is required when selecting this option.
  • Musicians can now receive push notifications for a selectable part of the repertoire where there is a change to the line up and claims.
  • Musicians can now receive push notifications for a selectable part of the repertoire where there is a change to the line up and claims.
  • Intermediaries can now link a rightsholder who is already known to Sena to their intermediary account using the registration wizard An intermediary can initiate, manage and complete this process themselves in the "transfer service status overview".
  • Producers are now able to see amounts in the double claims in MySena again and prioritise on that basis. The column can be selected by highest or lowest amount. The amounts are included in the export.
  • When registering and changing the name, a preferred name must now be entered so that we can address the person by this name in mailings.
  • Rightsholders now have the option to add a start date when changing an account number, so that the new details can be provided in advance.
  • If you choose to upload a sound file and do not fill in all the required fields for repertoire, the sound file cannot be added, and a message will appear asking you to complete the repertoire.
  • It is now possible for producers to import multiple labels at the same time with an import file.
